Questions

How do I send footage?

Any file-sharing link works: Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer. Paste it into the enquiry form or send it after we have agreed the job.

How long does an edit take?

Most social clips take two to three working days and longer edits one to two weeks. Your deadline goes in the enquiry, and the quote says whether it is achievable.

How many changes can I ask for?

Two rounds of changes are included in every price. Further rounds are charged at an agreed hourly rate, and you are told before any extra work starts.

Who owns the finished video?

You do. Once the final invoice is paid, the finished video and the project files are yours to use however you like.
